Just a kick ass kind of day - just won soccer game 5-0.
I'm blown away - three days on the market and we have four offers on our house today.
We've had two offers on the house today. Countering the first and waiting for paperwork on the second.

Once again shut out of our house with the dog while we wait for people to leave. We had 9 showings today.
Just finished getting ready for work at the corner McDonalds because a realtor showed up too early for her appointment.

Just finished up over 14 hours of spreading a dump truck load of mulch in our yard's natural areas.

Just found out Arcade Fire is playing a free show in Chapel Hill in support of Barack Obama.

Rode my bike to the hardware store for a special drill bit.

Just spent an hour talking to the owner of the painting company who did work in our house. Possibly joining a Board of Directors.
