Six mile run this am, plus 3 hours of cutting down bushes this afternoon, plus taking the dogs for their daily mile walk tonight = beer:30.

I went for a run at the park this morning and the old maintenance guy threw away my water bottle TWICE!

I cooked some eggs for breakfast this morning and they were delicious! Why don't I do this more often? It took 5 minutes.
